When do I get billed for my next subscription / prescription?
The most common subscription is month-to-month, and it is billed every 28 days, as prescriptions are typically for 4 weeks at a time.
If you chose a pay-in-advance option, your billing schedule will differ: for a 3-month (12-week) upfront payment, you will be billed every 84 days; for 9 months (36 weeks) upfront, every 252 days; and for 12 months (48 weeks) upfront, every 336 days.
Special Note - Starter Dose: If you purchased injectable starter doses, you will receive a 3-month (12-week) supply up front, but you will be billed for each bottle every 28 days during the 3-month period. After this period, your subscription will automatically transition to a month-to-month prescription.
