If I pay upfront for an extended subscription period, do I receive all my medication at once?

No, even if you choose a multi-month subscription (such as 3, 6, or 12 months), medications are not shipped all at once. Prescription medications are dispensed in accordance with provider review, refill availability, and pharmacy processing schedules.

Shipping Schedule

Most prescription medications are dispensed and shipped on a roughly 28-day cycle, although timing may vary based on:

  1. the specific medication
  2. legal or regulatory requirements
  3. provider approval
  4. refill status
  5. pharmacy workload and shipping constraints

Monthly Intake Forms

Some medications may require patients to complete a follow-up intake form before each refill or at specific intervals.

If a new intake is required, you will receive a notification in advance. After the intake is completed and a provider determines that the prescription is appropriate to continue, the order will be sent to the pharmacy for dispensing.

Refills & Non-Prescription Products

Prescription medications with available refills and Non-prescription product subscriptions are generally shipped on a 28-day recurring schedule, unless otherwise noted.

Special Note: GLP-1 Starter Doses (Injectable)

For certain GLP-1 starter programs, patients may receive an initial shipment that covers a multi-week period (for example, 12 weeks). Billing for those starter doses may still occur on a 28-day cycle, and after the starter period ends, prescriptions may transition to a standard monthly schedule if continued. Specific details depend on your provider’s prescribing plan, pharmacy dispensing policies, and your individual program.
