How do I reorder or place another order or order a refill for my prescription?
If you have an active subscription, refills are generally processed automatically on a recurring cycle. You do not need to manually place a new order unless instructed otherwise.
When your next subscription cycle is approaching:
- Your payment will be processed (if applicable).
- If a new prescription or updated intake is required, you’ll receive a notification with instructions.
- After you complete any required intake information, a licensed healthcare provider will review your submission and determine whether continuing the prescription is appropriate.
- If the provider approves the prescription, it will be sent to a partner pharmacy for dispensing.
- Pharmacy processing times may vary.
