How do I reorder or place another order or order a refill for my prescription?

If you have an active subscription, you will not need to manually request a refill or place a new order for your next month's subscription as it will automatically be processed, typically every 28 days. When it's time for your next subscription, your payment will be processed (if applicable), if you need a new prescription you will receive a notification to complete a new intake, if you complete a new intake it will be sent to your doctor for review and approval (typically within 24 hrs), and your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for shipment.

For customers located in the United States that need to request a refill early or need to restart a subscription, you will need to submit your request to customer service by submitting a ticket / emailing help@directmeds.com, calling 888-696-7176, or in chat by selecting "Speak with a Live Operator."

For customers located in Canada that need to request a refill early or need to restart a subscription, you can request your refill from your patient portal, to do so:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "Add refill"
  5. Complete the intake form to request a new prescription
