How are medications shipped and when will my medication / order be shipped?
Once your prescription has been approved by your doctor (typically within 24 hours, often within 5 hours) your prescription / order will be sent to the pharmacy to be filled. Non-prescription products are sent to the pharmacy immediately upon completion of payment.

The information provided below is an estimation based on typical volume. Please be aware that depending on volume, it may take 2-3 business days for a prescription / order to ship once it is received by the pharmacy.
For customers located in the United States:
Our U.S. pharmacies ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days, depending on volume. However:
- Orders received before 3PM Eastern, Monday-Thursday, usually ship the same day.
- Orders received after 3PM Eastern, Monday–Wednesday, usually ship the next day.
- Orders received after 3PM Eastern on Thursday or anytime Friday–Sunday usually ship on Monday.
U.S. orders that require temperature-controlled packaging are shipped via UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air, all other orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; carrier and method varies depending on location and product. All shipments are fully insured for lost orders (except in cases where the wrong shipping address is provided).
