How are medications shipped and when will my medication / order be shipped?

Once a licensed healthcare provider approves your prescription, it is sent to the pharmacy for dispensing. Prescription review times vary. Non-prescription products are sent to the pharmacy after payment is completed.

U.S. Customers

Our U.S. partner pharmacies ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).

General Processing Time

  1. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after the pharmacy receives the prescription.
  2. Orders received before 3 PM ET (Mon–Thu) are often processed the same day.
  3. Orders received after 3 PM ET (Mon–Wed) are usually processed the next business day.
  4. Orders received after 3 PM ET on Thursday, or at any time Friday–Sunday, are generally processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods

  1. Temperature-controlled orders: UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air
  2. All other orders: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and product type.

Order Protection

Shipments include insurance for lost packages (excluding cases involving incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses).
