When will I get my next subscription / prescription?
The majority of our prescription medications are sent out every 28 days, however, this largely depends on the medication itself, legal requirements associated with said medication, your prescription status, and number of available refills.
Some medications can only be prescribed once a month and require you to fill out a new intake form (a follow-up questionnaire for your telehealth doctor to determine your progress with the medication) every month, some less frequently.
When an intake is required for prescription refills, you will be sent a notification instructing you to complete your intake. Once your subscription is paid for, your intake completed, and your prescription approved by your doctor, your medication will be sent.
Prescriptions with multiple refills available and non-prescription product subscriptions are typically sent out every 28 days.
