Intake Forms and Provider Review
Some medications require patients to complete a follow-up intake form before each refill, while others may require it less frequently.
If an intake is needed, you will receive a notification. After you complete the intake, a licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine whether the prescription is appropriate to continue.
If the provider approves the refill, the order will be sent to the pharmacy for processing.
Subscription Payments & Shipment Timing
Once the subscription payment has processed (if applicable), all required intake steps are complete, and a provider has approved the prescription, the pharmacy will begin preparing your order for shipment.

Non-Prescription Products & Refills
Products that do not require a prescription, and prescriptions with multiple refills already authorized, are generally shipped on a 28-day cycle unless otherwise noted.
