When will I get my next subscription / prescription?
Most prescription shipments follow a roughly 28-day cycle, but the exact timing can vary based on:
- the specific medication
- legal or regulatory requirements
- your prescription status
- whether refills are available
- pharmacy processing times
Intake Forms and Provider Review
Some medications require patients to complete a follow-up intake form before each refill, while others may require it less frequently.
If an intake is needed, you will receive a notification. After you complete the intake, a licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine whether the prescription is appropriate to continue.
If the provider approves the refill, the order will be sent to the pharmacy for processing.
Subscription Payments & Shipment Timing
Once the subscription payment has processed (if applicable), all required intake steps are complete, and a provider has approved the prescription, the pharmacy will begin preparing your order for shipment.
Shipment timelines depend on pharmacy volume and operational schedules.
Non-Prescription Products & Refills
Products that do not require a prescription, and prescriptions with multiple refills already authorized, are generally shipped on a 28-day cycle unless otherwise noted.
