Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

There may be several reasons that your order has not yet shipped. Use the following checklist to make sure there are no issues with your shipment.
  1. Make sure that you've completed your intake form.
  2. Check your email (don't forget the junk/spam filter) to make sure you don't have any requests from your doctor for any additional information; your order can't be shipped until your prescription is approved.
    1. You may receive a request for a video consult, copies of current prescription information, a full body video/image upload, license, etc.
  3. Review the article How are medications shipped and when? to learn the proper time frame for when your order should be shipped.
  4. Check the status of your order and see if it has shipped.
If you've followed all the steps above and it seems like there is an issue or you have any additional questions, feel free to contact customer support by submitting a ticket or calling us at (888) 696-7176.
