You can cancel your order (if it has not yet shipped) or your subscription by:

We want our customers to love the results of their treatment plans. If you’re unhappy with your results, let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns of any medication, used or unused.
We cannot provide refunds for orders that have already shipped.

Please be aware that the starter dose for injectable Semaglutide is a single, 3-month supply shipment, charged as 3 equal payments over 3 months; see
