What if I need to cancel?
With Direct Meds, there are no contracts. You can cancel your order (if it has not already been shipped) or your subscription by calling 888-696-7176, or in chat by selecting "Speak with a Live Operator." We want to make sure that our customers love the results of our treatment plans so if you are unhappy with your results, let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
We are unable to accept returns of any unused medication and cannot provide refunds for orders that have already been shipped.
