What if I need to cancel?

With Direct Meds, there are no contracts. You can cancel your order (if it has not already been shipped) or your subscription by submitting a ticket or calling us at (888) 696-7176. We want to make sure that our customers love the results of our treatment plans so if you are unhappy with your results, let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
