1. Complete your medical intake
Log in to your patient portal and fill out the required health history form. This information allows a licensed healthcare provider to evaluate whether a prescription is appropriate for you.

A licensed healthcare provider will review your intake information. During this process, they may request additional details such as photos, supporting documents, or a brief phone or video consultation before making a prescribing decision.
Prescribing decisions are made independently by the provider based on your individual health needs.
3. Prescription processing
If the provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies for dispensing.
Pharmacy processing times can vary based on workload, order volume, and scheduling.
4. Timeline
Review and shipping timelines vary: Many provider reviews are completed within a short period, though actual timing can differ from patient to patient. You will receive updates through your patient portal as your order moves through each stage.
Once a prescription reaches the pharmacy, orders are generally prepared for shipment within a few business days, depending on volume, operational hours, and carrier availability.
