How does the signup process work / How do I place an order (New Customers)?

If you’re new to Direct Meds, you can begin the process online. A licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine whether a prescription is appropriate for you.

1. Start your application

Visit directmeds.com and click “Get Started.”
You’ll complete a brief health questionnaire to determine whether you may proceed to the full medical intake. This questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

2. Review available program options

After completing the questionnaire, you can review available programs, payment plans, and subscription lengths. These selections relate to billing and shipment preferences and do not influence the provider’s prescribing decision.

3. Complete your medical intake

You’ll be asked to fill out a detailed medical intake form. This information is securely shared with a licensed healthcare provider for review.

4. Provider review

A licensed clinician will evaluate your intake and determine whether a prescription is appropriate for your individual health needs. Many reviews are completed within 5–24 hours, though timelines may vary.
Info
In some cases, the provider may request a brief video consultation before making a decision. If so, you’ll receive a notification with instructions.

5. Pharmacy dispensing & shipment

If the provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies for dispensing. Pharmacies typically ship orders within 2–3 business days, Monday through Thursday.
Info
If the provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate, you will not be charged for medication.
