How does the signup process work / How do I place an order (New Customers)?
To place your first order, follow these steps:
- Visit directmeds.com and click “Get Started”.
- Complete the health qualifier (takes about 5 minutes).
- Select your preferred prescription.
- Choose a payment plan:
- Monthly
- Up-front (10% discount)
- Select your subscription length:
Month-to-month (+$50 per month)
90-day (standard pricing)
180-day (-$25 per month)
360-day (-$50 per month)
- Complete the medical intake form.
- Your doctor will review your chart, typically within 5–24 hours. In some cases, the doctor may require a video call. If so, check your email or text for a link to schedule the call.
- If approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our pharmacies and shipped, usually within 2–3 business days. Shipments are processed Monday through Thursday.

*If your prescription is not approved for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
