How do I check the status of my order / track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships which will include your tracking information.

To check the status of / track your order in your patient portal, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States:
  1. Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "Shipments"
For customers located in Canada:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "My Prescriptions"
  5. Click "View order details"
  6. Tracking information will be located on the right-hand side once your order has shipped
