How do I check the status of my order / track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. You can also check your order status or tracking details directly through your patient portal by following the instructions below.
Patients in the United States
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “Shipments” to view your order status and tracking details
Patients in Canada
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Prescriptions”
- Click “View Order Details”
- Your tracking information will appear on the right-hand side once your order has shipped
