How do I check the status of my order / track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships which will include your tracking information.
To check the status of / track your order in your patient portal, follow the instructions below.
For customers located in the United States:
- Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
- Click "Shipments"
For customers located in Canada:
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
- Click "My Prescriptions"
- Click "View order details"
- Tracking information will be located on the right-hand side once your order has shipped
