How do I edit / update / change my shipping address?
If you need to edit / update / change your shipping address for an order that you've already placed
and it has not yet shipped, you can contact customer service by
submitting a ticket, sending an email to
help@directmeds.com, calling 888-696-7176, or by chat to request an address change.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the shipment. You would need to contact the carrier directly to request they reroute the package if they are able.
To change your shipping address for future shipments, follow the instructions below.
For customers located in the United States:
- Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
- Click "My Profile"
- Click "Edit Shipping Address"
- Enter your new shipping address
- Click "Update Address"
For customers located in Canada:
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
- Click "My Prescriptions" on the left
- Click "Manage Prescription"
- Scroll down to "Shipment address and click "Edit shipping address"
- Enter your new shipping address
- Click "Update address"
