How do I edit / update / change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address for an existing or future order, follow the steps below.
For Orders Already Placed
If your order has not yet shipped, you can request an address change by contacting Customer Service:

- Phone: 888-696-7176
- Chat (U.S. Only): Select “Speak with a Live Operator” in your patient portal
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the shipment. You will need to contact the carrier directly to request a reroute, if possible.
To Update Your Shipping Address for Future Shipments
Patients in the United States
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Profile”
- Click “Edit Shipping Address”
- Enter your new shipping address
- Click “Update Address” to save your changes
Patients in Canada
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Prescriptions” on the left-hand side
- Click “Manage Prescription”
- Scroll down to “Shipment Address” and click “Edit Shipping Address”
- Enter your new shipping address
- Click “Update Address” to save your changes
