Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been submitted to the pharmacy for shipping.

To cancel your order or subscription

  2. Chat (U.S. Only): Select “Speak with a Live Operator” in your patient portal
A Patient Services representative will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for cancellation and payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
