How do I delay my order / upcoming subscription or place my subscription on hold?

To delay your order / upcoming subscription or place your subscription on hold, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States, please contact customer service by submitting a ticket / emailing help@directmeds.com, calling 888-696-7176, or in chat by selecting "Speak with a Live Operator" for any requests to delay your subscription or place it on hold.

Please note that if you request your subscription to be placed on hold (instead of just delaying it), you will need to contact customer service again to have the hold removed, the hold will not automatically be removed. Additionally, if you leave your subscription on hold for an extended period of time, the doctor may advise you to restart your treatments at a lower dose.

For customers located in Canada, you can delay your subscription in your patient portal; to do so:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. From the dashboard, click "Manage subscriptions"
We are presently unable to place subscriptions on hold for customers located in Canada; however, you are able to cancel your subscription when managing your subscriptions in your patient portal and would be able to start a new subscription from your patient portal when you are ready.
