How do I delay my order / upcoming subscription or place my subscription on hold?

If you need to delay your upcoming order or place your subscription on hold, please follow the instructions below based on your location.

Patients in the United States

To delay your subscription or place it on hold, please contact Customer Service:
  1. Online: https://directmeds.com/contact-us/
  2. Phone: 888-696-7176
  3. Chat: Select “Speak with a Live Operator” in your patient portal

Important Information

  1. If you place your subscription on hold, you will need to contact Customer Service again to have the hold removed — it will not lift automatically.
  2. If a subscription remains on hold for a long period, your healthcare provider may assess whether any adjustments to your treatment plan are appropriate once you resume therapy.

For Patients in Canada

You can delay your subscription directly through your patient portal:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click “Sign In” to open your account dashboard
  4. From the dashboard, select “Manage Subscriptions
  5. Choose the subscription you wish to delay

We are currently unable to place subscriptions on hold for customers in Canada.

Additional Options

  1. You may cancel your subscription through your portal if you do not wish to receive future shipments.
  2. When you’re ready to resume, you can start a new subscription directly from your portal.
