How do I view my order(s) / billing history?

You can view your order history and billing details directly through your patient portal. Follow the instructions below based on your location.

For Patients in the United States

  1. Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
  4. Select “Transactions” to view your order and billing history

For Patients in Canada

  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
  4. From the dashboard, select “Orders” to view your order and billing history
