How do I check the status of my prescription?
You can check the status of your prescription anytime through your patient portal.

If your prescription status shows as “Approved,” it has been submitted to the pharmacy for shipment.
Patients in the United States
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “Prescriptions” to view your current prescription status
Patients in Canada
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Prescriptions” to view your current prescription status
