How do I fix payment processing issues?
If you are experiencing payment processing issues, you can update your payment details directly through your patient portal. Follow the instructions below based on your location.
For Patients in the United States
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to open your account dashboard
- Select “My Profile”
- Click “Edit Payment & Billing Address”
- Enter your new payment information
- To update your billing information, click “Edit Billing Info”
- Click “Update Payment & Billing Address” to save your changes
For Patients in Canada
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Prescriptions” on the left-hand side
- Click “Manage Prescription”
- Scroll down to “Payment Method” and select “Edit Payment Method”
- Enter your new payment information
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes
