How do I fix payment processing issues?

If you are experiencing payment processing issues, you can visit your patient portal to edit and reenter your payment details. To edit / update / change your payment method / credit card, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States:
Enter your account email and password
Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
Click "My Profile"
Click "Edit Payment & Billing Address"
Enter your new payment information
To update your billing information, click "Edit Billing Info"
Click "Update Payment & Billing Address"

For customers located in Canada:
Enter your account email and password
Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
Click "My Prescriptions" on the left
Click "Manage Prescription"
Scroll down to "Payment Method" and click "Edit Payment Method"
Enter your new payment information
Click "Save"
