Why was I denied a prescription?
If your prescription was denied through Direct Meds, it’s usually for one of two reasons:
1. Technical Issues
- Missing or incomplete forms
- Expired, blurry, or incorrect ID/medical documents
- Payment processing errors
These are usually resolved by submitting updated or corrected information.
2. Medical Decision by the Provider
- A licensed medical provider may decide the prescription isn’t appropriate based on your health history, medications, or other clinical factors.
These decisions are made solely for your safety and are at the provider’s discretion.
