My package is delayed in transit, will my medication be okay?
We’re truly sorry for the delay to your order and understand how frustrating that can be. Rest assured, we pack all temperature-sensitive medications—like injectable Semaglutide or injectable Tirzepatide—with care to help protect their stability during transit.
Even if the ice packs in your shipment have melted, your medication should still be safe as long as the factory seal remains intact. Injectable Tirzepatide is stable at room temperature (68°–80°F) for up to 21 days in its sealed packaging, and injectable Semaglutide has a safe temperature range of 36° - 86° F.
Once the seal is broken or the medication has been exposed to air, they must be stored in the refrigerator to maintain effectiveness.
Also good to know: All orders are fully insured in the event of loss during shipping unless the incorrect shipping address was provided.
