How long is my package safe in transit?
If your package contains injectable Semaglutide or injectable Tirzepatide, they should be safe even if the package gets warm. Injectable Tirzepatide is stable and safe at room temperature (68°–80°F) for up to 21 days—as long as the seal remains unbroken. Semaglutide has a safe temperature range of 36° - 86° F. So, even if there’s a delay in delivery or the ice pack melts, your medication is still safe to use upon arrival.
For non-temperature-sensitive medications, they are typically fine as long as they remain sealed and have not passed their expiration date.
