How Long Does MOTS-C Take to Work?

Timeline Overview

MOTS-C works at the cellular level by activating the AMPK energy pathway and improving how your mitochondria produce and use energy. Because these are signaling and metabolic adaptations, MOTS-C is taken on a structured cycle rather than as a one-time dose, and benefits build over the course of the protocol.

Protocol Length and Cycling

MOTS-C is taken on a cycle protocol. To prevent the body's receptors from becoming desensitized (down-regulation), you cycle on for 12 weeks, then take a 2-week break. Check in with your provider every 3 months (send a message update) to review your treatment plan and progress.

Note: Results vary by individual. Your care team will set expectations at intake.
