The Cycle Protocol

MOTS-C is taken on a cycle protocol. To prevent the body's receptors from becoming desensitized (down-regulation), you cycle on for 12 weeks, then take a 2-week break. Check in with your provider every 3 months (send a message update) to review your treatment plan and progress.
