What Are the Possible Side Effects of BPC-157/TB-500?

Side Effects Overview

BPC-157/TB-500 is generally well-tolerated. Because this stack is often used for localized healing, the most frequent effects occur at the point of administration.

Injection Site and Localized Responses

Transient Erythema (Redness) A mild redness at the site, usually facilitating a small histamine release. It typically fades within 30-60 minutes.

Mild Pruritus (Itching) This is common as the peptide molecules begin to facilitate a localized inflammatory-to-healing transition.

Localized Tenderness The injection site may feel slightly more "active" or tender for a short period.

Cardiovascular Changes

Mild Dizziness or "Lightheadedness" Occasionally reported shortly after injection. This is often facilitated by a temporary decrease in blood pressure as BPC-157 begins to facilitate Angiogenesis and nitric oxide modulation.
