Yes. Every Nuvella patient has a live, synchronous consultation with a licensed clinician in their state.
We have hundreds of clinicians across the country who specialize in women’s health and hormonal care. Your provider will review your health history, discuss your symptoms, answer your questions, and build a treatment plan that’s tailored to you. This is not an automated approval process.
Beyond your provider, you’ll also have access to a dedicated nurse care team that specializes in menopause and HRT. They’re available for questions, follow-ups, and guidance throughout your entire program. If you need a dose adjustment, have a concern about how you’re feeling, or just want to talk through what’s normal, your care team is a message or call away.
This is one of the biggest differences between Nuvella and other telehealth HRT providers. Many companies just want to send you meds and move on. We believe the clinical relationship is the product, not just the prescription.
