Why am I getting charged monthly but haven't received any new shipments?
Some medication programs bill monthly even though the initial shipment covers multiple weeks. This is normal for certain starter programs and does not necessarily mean your order is missing.

Some semaglutide starter programs include an initial multi-week shipment designed to cover a defined starter period. Although you may receive this larger initial shipment at once, the billing is divided into equal monthly payments.

- Check your patient portal for messages or required actions
- Tracking information will be sent as soon as your package ships
- If additional information is needed from you, you will be notified via email or portal message.
