Why am I getting charged monthly but haven't received any new shipments?

Some medication programs bill monthly even though the initial shipment covers multiple weeks. This is normal for certain starter programs and does not necessarily mean your order is missing.

Starter Dose Programs

Injectable Semaglutide

Some semaglutide starter programs include an initial multi-week shipment designed to cover a defined starter period. Although you may receive this larger initial shipment at once, the billing is divided into equal monthly payments.

Injectable Tirzepatide

Certain tirzepatide programs may also begin with an initial multi-week starter shipment, and the cost may be billed in equal monthly installments during this period.
