What should I avoid while taking Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil)?

Certain substances and medications should not be combined with Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil).

Do not use this medication if you take:

  • Nitrates for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide medications)

  • Recreational nitrates (such as amyl nitrate or “poppers”)

  • Riociguat (Adempas)

Use caution and consult your provider if you take:

  • Alpha-blockers

  • Certain antifungal medications

  • HIV protease inhibitors

  • Erythromycin

  • Trazodone

  • Other medications that affect blood pressure

Excess alcohol may increase the risk of dizziness or low blood pressure.
