Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil) is a prescription, compounded medication formulated as a sublingual rapid dissolve tablet. It contains three active ingredients: apomorphine, sildenafil, and tadalafil.
It is intended for adult men (18+) who are being evaluated for erectile dysfunction (ED). A licensed healthcare provider must complete a medical assessment before prescribing this medication.
Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil) is available in three strength tiers:
- LOW: Apomorphine 2 mg / Sildenafil 40 mg / Tadalafil 14 mg
- MEDIUM: Apomorphine 2 mg / Sildenafil 65 mg / Tadalafil 14 mg
- HIGH: Apomorphine 3 mg / Sildenafil 80 mg / Tadalafil 16 mg
Each strength may be available in 6-count, 10-count, or 20-count packages.
