What ingredients are in Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil)?
DirectMax contains three active ingredients:
- Apomorphine
- Apomorphine acts on dopamine receptors in the brain that are involved in arousal signaling.
- Sildenafil
- Sildenafil belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medications affect blood vessel dilation by influencing certain enzymes involved in vascular function.
- Tadalafil
- Tadalafil is also a PDE5 inhibitor. Like sildenafil, it influences blood flow by acting on similar enzymatic pathways.
DirectMax is available in three dosage strengths that combine these ingredients in different amounts. Your healthcare provider determines the appropriate strength based on your medical history and current medications.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under medical supervision and may differ in formulation, dosing, and supporting evidence from FDA-approved products.
