BPC-157/TB-500 is not for use in patients who have cancer, a history of cancer, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Strictly contraindicated for these populations due to a complete lack of clinical safety data regarding fetal development and maternal hormone stability.
Pediatric Use This product is not recommended for children or adolescents.
BPC-157/TB-500 has a documented interaction context with GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide): BPC-157 facilitates the protection and repair of the gastric lining, which can mitigate GI distress sometimes associated with GLP-1s. Discuss all current medications with your prescribing provider.
