How to Open Your injectable Semaglutide Shipping Vial

The vial is built to open easily with a simple technique - no tools, force or impact are required. How to Open Your Vial
- Locate the textured areas on either side of the shipping vial (the gripped edges or ridged sections).
- Gently squeeze both textured sides at the same time.
- The vial will pop open under light pressure. You may here a soft "pop" as it releases.
No striking, throwing, or prying is needed. The vial is engineered to open with a gentle squeeze.
What to Avoid
To protect your medication and the vial, please do not:
- Throw or slam the vial against a hard surface (such as a countertop)
- Strike the vial with a hard object.
- Pry the vial open with tools.
If Your Vial Arrives Damaged
In rare cases, a vial may arrive damaged. If you notice that your vial is cracked, the bottom appears blown out, or the contents seem compromised, please do not use the medication. Contact our support team and we will assist you with next steps, including a replacement when appropriate.
