How do I view / manage my subscriptions?
You can view or manage your subscriptions by following the steps below, depending on your location.
For Patients in the United States
At this time, patients in the U.S. can view prescriptions in the patient portal but cannot make subscription changes directly.
To view your prescriptions:
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your dashboard
- Select “Prescriptions” to view your active prescriptions

For Patients in Canada
You can view and manage your subscriptions directly in your patient portal:
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- From the dashboard, select “Manage Subscriptions”
