How do I edit / update / change my payment method / credit card?
You can update or change your payment method or credit card information directly through your patient portal. Follow the steps below based on your location.
Patients in the United States
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Profile”
- Click “Edit Payment & Billing Address”
- Enter your new payment information
- To update your billing information, click “Edit Billing Info”
- Click “Update Payment & Billing Address” to save your changes
Patients in Canada
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
- Select “My Prescriptions” on the left-hand side
- Click “Manage Prescription”
- Scroll down to “Payment Method” and select “Edit Payment Method”
- Enter your new payment information
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes
