How do I edit / update / change my payment method / credit card?

To edit / update / change your payment method / credit card, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States:
  1. Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "My Profile"
  5. Click "Edit Payment & Billing Address"
  6. Enter your new payment information
    1. To update your billing information, click "Edit Billing Info"
  7. Click "Update Payment & Billing Address"
For customers located in Canada:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "My Prescriptions" on the left
  5. Click "Manage Prescription"
  6. Scroll down to "Payment Method" and click "Edit Payment Method"
  7. Enter your new payment information
  8. Click "Save"
