How do I take Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil)?
Direct Max 3-in-1 (Apomorphine, Sildenafil, & Tadalafil) is designed for sublingual use.
Place one tablet under the tongue or between the cheek and gum and allow it to dissolve slowly and completely. Do not chew, crush, or swallow the tablet whole. Dissolving typically takes several minutes.
Follow your provider’s dosing instructions carefully. Do not take more than one dose within a 24-hour period unless specifically directed by your provider.
Heavy or high-fat meals may affect absorption. Excess alcohol may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness or low blood pressure.
Always follow the dosing schedule provided by your prescribing clinician.
