Taking BPC-157/TB-500

BPC-157/TB-500 is administered as a subcutaneous injection — 20 units, 5 times per week (Monday through Friday), in the morning.

Preparing Your Injection

Gather your supplies Each BPC-157/TB-500 shipment includes everything needed for your protocol:

  • Pre-mixed peptide vial (BPC-157 and TB-500 combined, 5 ml)
  • Needles (31-gauge insulin syringe)
  • Alcohol swabs
  • Pamphlet with instructions

Drawing your dose Draw 20 units from the pre-mixed vial using your included 31-gauge syringe. The vial arrives ready to use — no reconstitution or mixing is required.

Storing your vial Keep your vial refrigerated between 35°F and 38°F at all times. Do not expose to heat or direct sunlight. Use within 30 days of receiving.

Performing the Injection

  1. Wash hands thoroughly.
  2. Clean injection site with alcohol swab; allow to dry.
  3. Pinch skin to create a small fold.
  4. Insert needle at approximately 45-degree angle just under the skin — do not inject deep into muscle.
  5. Draw back slightly to confirm not in a blood vessel.
  6. Inject slowly and steadily.
  7. Withdraw and apply gentle pressure; do not rub.
  8. Dispose of used needle in sharps container.
