Any medication change must be reviewed and approved by a licensed healthcare provider. You can submit a request through your Direct Meds patient portal.
For Patients in the United States
- Log in to your Direct Meds portal: https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Use the Dosage / Medication Change Request option.
- Your request will be reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider, who will determine whether any changes are appropriate for your individual treatment plan. Review times are typically within 48 hours, though this may vary.
For Patients in Canada
- Log in to the Canadian portal: https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Use the refill or medication-change option to request an update to your medication type or formulation.
- For many changes, your existing subscription may need to be canceled before new orders can be created. Instructions will be provided in your portal.
