How do I request medication changes?
If you would like to request a change to your medication — for example, adjusting your dosage or switching to a different medication type — please follow the instructions below based on your region.
For Patients in the United States
- Log into your Direct Meds portal at https://portal.directmeds.com/.
- Select the “Dosage Change Request” button.
- Your practitioner or nurse will review your request and respond, typically within 48 hours.
For Patients in Canada
- Log into your Direct Meds portal at https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user.
- From your account dashboard, request a refill or change to your medication dosage or type.
- Please note: for most medication changes, your existing subscription will need to be cancelled and reissued to accommodate the update.
