How do I request medication changes?

To request a change to the form of medication you are taking, for example, such as a dosage request or medication type, please follow the process below for your region.

For Patients in the United States
Log into your Direct Meds portal at https://portal.direct-meds.com/ and use the dosage change request button. Your medical practioner will look over the details of your request and get back you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. If you have any questions or difficulties, you can message your doctor within the portal account dashboard by clicking “Message my Doctor”.

For Patients in Canada
Log into your Direct Meds portal at https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user to request a refill or change medication dosage or type. Please note, for most changes, your existing subscription will need to be canceled to make these changes.
