How do I know if I was approved?
To check the status of your prescription in your patient portal, follow the instructions below. If your prescription status is "approved," it has been submitted to the pharmacy for shipment.
For customers located in the United States:
Enter your account email and password
Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
Click "Prescriptions"
For customers located in Canada:
Enter your account email and password
Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
Click "My Prescriptions"
