How do I know if I was approved?

To see if your prescription has been approved and submitted to the pharmacy for shipment, please log in to your patient portal.

U.S. Patients

  1. Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click Sign In to access your dashboard
  4. Your home page will often display the status of your order. If you don’t see it there, click Prescriptions — if the status says “Approved,” your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy

Canadian Patients

  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click Sign In to access your dashboard
  4. ​Click My Prescriptions — if the status says “Approved,” your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy
