How do I know if I was approved?
To see if your prescription has been approved and submitted to the pharmacy for shipment, please log in to your patient portal.
For U.S. Customers:
- Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
- Enter your account email and password
- Click Sign In to access your dashboard
- Your home page will often display the status of your order. If you don’t see it there, click Prescriptions — if the status says “Approved,” your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy
For Canadian Customers:
- Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
- Enter your account email and password
- Click Sign In to access your dashboard
- Click My Prescriptions — if the status says “Approved,” your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy
