To edit / update / change your email address, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States:
  1. Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "My Profile"
  5. Click "Edit Profile"
  6. Edit your email address
  7. Click "Update Profile"
For customers located in Canada:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "Personal Info" on the left
  5. Click "Edit profile" on the right
  6. Edit your email address
  7. Click "Save"
