How do I edit my Direct Meds Patient Portal profile / information?

You can edit or update your profile information directly through your Direct Meds patient portal. Follow the instructions below based on your location.

Patients in the United States

  1. Visit https://portal.directmeds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
  4. Select “My Profile”
  5. Click “Edit Profile”
  6. Edit your first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address
  7. Click “Update Profile” to save your changes

Patients in Canada

  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard
  4. Select “Personal Info” on the left-hand side
  5. Click “Edit Profile” on the right
  6. Edit your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, phone type, weight, and/or height
  7. Click “Save” to confirm your changes
