How do I edit my Direct Meds Patient Portal profile / information?

To edit your Direct Meds Patient Portal profile / information, follow the instructions below.

For customers located in the United States:
  1. Visit https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "My Profile"
  5. Click "Edit Profile"
  6. Edit your first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address
  7. Click "Update Profile"
For customers located in Canada:
  1. Visit https://caportal.direct-meds.com/user
  2. Enter your account email and password
  3. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  4. Click "Personal Info" on the left
  5. Click "Edit profile" on the right
  6. Edit your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, phone type, weight, and/or height
  7. Click "Save"
