Use this login link https://portal.direct-meds.com/
  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "My Profile"
  4. Click "Edit Profile"
  5. Edit your first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address
  6. Click "Update Profile"

Canada

  1. Enter your account email and password
  2. Click "Sign in" to be directed to your account dashboard
  3. Click "Personal Info" on the left
  4. Click "Edit profile" on the right
  5. Edit your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, phone type, weight, and/or height
  6. Click "Save"
