Does Intranasal NAD+ Need to Be Refrigerated?

Yes.

Intranasal NAD+ should be stored refrigerated between 35°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C).

Brief temperature excursions during shipping or handling are acceptable. The medication may be exposed to temperatures as low as 35°F (2°C) or as high as 113°F (45°C) for up to 120 hours (5 days) without significantly affecting potency.

Once received, return the medication to normal refrigerated storage.

Keep the medication:

  • In its original container

  • Away from excessive heat and direct sunlight

  • Protected from freezing

  • Out of reach of children and pets

If the medication appears to have frozen, do not use it. If it has been exposed to temperatures outside of the acceptable excursion range or for longer than the allowable excursion period, contact Direct Meds before continuing to use it.
