At this time, Direct Meds does not offer a B12-free formulation of compounded injectable tirzepatide. All tirzepatide injections dispensed through Direct Meds are compounded with Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) as part of the standard formulation used by our compounding pharmacy.
