Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA for the Nuvella Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Program?
Nuvella is a cash-pay program. We do not bill insurance directly.
However, we do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments, which allow you to use pre-tax dollars toward your care. Many of our patients find this makes the program even more accessible.
We can provide receipts and documentation for reimbursement purposes if needed.
One of the reasons we operate as a cash-pay program is to remove the gatekeeping and delays that often come with insurance-based care. There are no prior authorizations, no formulary restrictions, and no waiting for approval. Your provider can prescribe what’s clinically right for you, and your treatment ships within one business day of approval.
