No, you do not need blood work to begin your Nuvella program.
Consistent with current clinical guidelines, perimenopause and menopause are diagnosed based on your symptoms and health history, not routine hormone testing. Hormone levels fluctuate significantly during this transition, which means a single blood test often doesn’t tell the full story. Your provider will evaluate you based on what you’re actually feeling and experiencing.
Blood work is included as a FREE part of your program and is integrated when it’s clinically valuable. If you aren’t seeing the progress you expect, aren’t feeling the way you hoped on the program, or want to explore adding testosterone to your protocol, your provider may order labs to guide the next step. When that time comes, we’ll send an at-home lab kit directly to your door at no additional cost.
This approach means you don’t have to wait weeks for lab results before getting started. You can begin feeling better sooner, and your care gets more precise over time.
